These Terms apply to the GenCrewz website and platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. These are initial terms for a pre-launch product and will be updated before public launch.

GenCrewz provides a technology platform. Professional engagements are between the relevant parties unless explicitly stated otherwise in an applicable agreement. GenCrewz is not the employer of any professional.

1. Pre-launch service

The Service is in pre-launch. Features may change, be limited, be unavailable or be withdrawn, and the Service may contain errors. We provide the Service on an “as available” basis during pre-launch.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Professional profiles

Profiles and portfolio content must be accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for having the right to share the material you add. GenCrewz does not verify every claim made on a profile.

4. Projects, hiring and engagements

The Service helps people discover each other, discuss work and record agreed terms. Whether and with whom to work is decided by the people involved. GenCrewz does not guarantee employment, selection, availability, quality or outcomes. Contracts and engagements are agreements between the relevant parties, who are responsible for their own obligations, including legal, tax and payment obligations.

5. Content and rights

You keep the rights you have in the content you add. You give GenCrewz a limited licence to host, display and process that content as needed to operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share it with. Do not add content you do not have the right to use.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
Do not impersonate others, harass others or post unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
Do not use the Service to commit fraud or to circumvent its safeguards.

7. Fees

Core access is available during pre-launch. Premium or usage-based capabilities and a platform service fee for eligible on-platform professional engagements are planned; see Pricing & Fees. Any fee that applies will be disclosed before you pay, together with applicable taxes and charges.

8. Third-party services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers when payment services are enabled. Their own terms and policies apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached, if required by law or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GenCrewz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, or for the acts, omissions or agreements of users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
